If the staircase is filled with smoke, stay in your apartment. Announce yourself from the balcony.<br>Nothing may be placed in the public areas of the property. Think about who you let into the property.<br>The garage is for passenger cars. Items that are directly related to a passenger car may be stored in the garage. Engine fuel may only be stored in safe containers, and a maximum of 5 liters.<br>Nothing should be placed outside the refuse bin.
